Abstract
PL Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja zjawiska przestępczości ubezpiecze- niowej w świetle ubezpieczeń komunikacyjnych na przykładzie ryzyka odpowie- dzialności cywilnej. Artykuł składa się trzech części. Pierwsza prezentuje istotę i definicje przestępczości ubezpieczeniowej. W drugiej scharakteryzowano przy- kłady przestępczości ubezpieczeniowej, natomiast część trzecia ukazuje działania prewencyjne. Przedstawienie wniosków stanowi główny cel artykułu. Artykuł opracowano głównie na podstawie raportów wydawanych przez Polską Izbę Ubez- pieczeń oraz literaturę branżową. Autorka zaznacza, że artykuł stanowi kontynua- cję badań w tym obszarze.
EN The aim of the article is identify and punish legal crimes in the light of motor insurance violated civil liability. It consists of three parts. The first presents the essence and definitions of business crime. The second describes cases of illegal crime, and the third part describes preventive action. The presentation is the main aim of the article. The article was developed on the basis of allegations issued by the Polish Insurance Association and industry literature. The author emphasizes that the article is a continuation of research in this area
