Abstract

EN This article discusses Polish cultural and historical resources and soft power potential, which take the form of a reservoir of symbolic references to the Polish Republic [Rzeczpospolita]. The article includes the theoretical framework of soft power, referring to the idea of the Three Seas Initiative. It presents a scheme of Polish potential and cultural and symbolic resources. The author explores the presence of Polish soft power resources and activities in the Three Seas Initiative by analysing political events, documents and speeches.
