Abstract
EN The subject of this scientific paper is stating an issue of personal data processing by Jehovah’s Witnesses religious organization in Poland. Being not common for such organizations, in that field Jehovah’s Witnesses have got their internal law regulations concerning both- all their members, as well as Jehovah’s Witnesses members only from Poland. The range of existing rules is extensive, therefore to be able to present accurately the existing rules we should refer to the internal law regulations, which is an extremely wide area. While the membership matter is precisely stated in the rules and regulations of their organization, the single objectives are based in a great deal of documents
