PL Przedmiotem artykułu są zagadnienia obejmujące teoretyczne i praktyczne dylematy procesu oceny zagrożenia militarnego w kontekście konfliktów zbrojnych w XXI wieku. W przedstawionych wynikach badań zaprezentowano efekty poznawcze w odniesieniu do problemu zdefiniowanego w postaci pytania – jakie metody oceny zagrożeń militarnych wykorzystuje się w przebiegu współczesnych konfliktów zbrojnych? Identyfikacja wyodrębnionych metod oceny zagrożeń militarnych stanowiła podstawę do praktycznej analizy rozwiązań stosowanych do prognozowania zagrożenia militarnego. W treści artykułu na wybranych przykładach operacji prowadzonych w Iraku i w Afganistanie oraz w Syrii i w Ukrainie zidentyfikowano zasadnicze metody oceny zagrożeń militarnych uwzględniających zmienne warunki bezpieczeństwa międzynarodowego oraz specyfikę wykorzystania sił zbrojnych, jak również odmienną charakterystykę konfliktu.
EN The article are covers theoretical and practical problems in the process of assessing military threats in the context of armed conflicts in the 21st century. The research results present cognitive effects in relation to the problem defined as: What methods of assessing military threats are used in contemporary armed conflicts? The identification of separate methods for assessing military threats was the basis for a practical analysis of solutions used to forecast military threats. The article uses selected examples of operations conducted in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as in Syria and Ukraine to identify the primary methods for assessing military threats, taking into account the changing conditions of international security and the specificity of the use of armed forces, as well as different characteristics of the conflict.
