Abstract
PL Celem artykułu jest ukazanie wojny kognitywnej w ujęciu systemowym, opartym na założeniach teorii systemów ogólnych L. von Bertalanffy’ego oraz koncepcji systemów złożonych E. Morina. Takie podejście pozwala postrzegać wojnę kognitywną nie jako zbiór działań, lecz jako dynamiczny, adaptacyjny system powiązań między elementami. Artykuł prezentuje dekompozycję tego systemu na trzy zasadnicze moduły. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono m.in. takim cechom systemowym jak emergencja, dialogiczność, ekwifinalność, nieliniowość i wpływ kontekstu. Przeprowadzona analiza potwierdza zasadność podejścia systemowego w opisie i wyjaśnianiu złożonego charakteru działań kognitywnych w środowisku bezpieczeństwa.
EN The aim of this article is to present cognitive warfare from a systemic perspective, grounded in the general systems theory of L. von Bertalanffy and the concept of complex systems developed by E. Morin. This approach allows cognitive warfare to be understood not as a collection of isolated actions but as a dynamic, adaptive system of interrelated elements. The article outlines a decomposition of this system into three fundamental modules. Particular attention is given to systemic features such as emergence, dialogicality, equifinality, nonlinearity, and contextual influence. The conducted analysis confirms the relevance of the systemic approach in describing and explaining the complex nature of cognitive operations in the security environment.
