Streszczenie

EN The management of intangible assets is a new concept in organisations in Poland, especially when it comes to its implementation in practice, mainly in relation to public organisations. This is a new topic for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, especially in the systemic approach. The study reveals what barriers, mainly organisational and institutional, constitute a difficulty and an obstacle to the implementation of the concept of management of intangible assets in the Polish Armed Forces. The aim of the study is to present the mentioned barriers and difficulties, as well as outline their conditions in relation to the specificity of military.
