Streszczenie
EN The main goal of the proposed article is to perform the legal analysis of creation and exploitation of National SSA System, taking into account strategic, poli- cy and security aspects, in the context of Polish international commitments in particular related to the Framework for Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST). Support accession the scientific problem to be solved is related to the establish- ment of the appropriate national law and regulations and accordingly its im- plementation (national acts and implementing decisions) concerning the Space Situational Awareness (SSA) domain and related areas to it, such as the Space Traffic Management (STM) and Active Debris Removal (ADR) in comparison to the existing or planning systems in other states including UE.
