Abstract
EN Migration is currently identified as one of the most serious challenges to state security. On the one hand, it can be an opportunity, for example in the context of the labor market and demographic problems. On the other hand, it can pose a threat to security, for example in the area of state stability. This article presents the results of research that attempts to answer the research question: to what extent is Polish migration policy adequate to the needs and challenges of Poland? The analysis is presented, among others, on the basis of the "Migration Strategy of Poland for 2025-2030".
