Abstract
PL Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony został szczegółowej charakterystyce systemu kształcenia kandydatów na oficerów Korpusu Osobowego Logistyki Sił Zbrojnych RP. W poszczególnych jego częściach opisano rolę oraz udział placówek szkolnictwa wojskowego w przygotowaniu kadr logistycznych w korpusie oficerów, potencjał WAT w zakresie kształcenia w ramach studiów niestacjonarnych oraz możliwości kształcenia kandydatów na oficerów w ramach studiów pierwszego stopnia. Przedstawione wartości liczbowe w zakresie liczby studentów na kierunkach logistyka oraz potrzeby oficerów KO Logistyki przedstawiają skalę potencjalnych potrzeb kadrowych. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz, na zakończenie rozdziału zostały sformułowane wnioski odnoszące się do aktualnego oraz prognozowanego stanu systemu kształcenia oraz nowych możliwości doskonalenia kandydatów na oficerów z wykorzystaniem istniejącego potencjału edukacyjnego.
EN This article is devoted to the detailed characteristics of the education system for candidates for officers of the Logistics Personnel Corps of the Polish Armed Forces. Its individual parts describe the role and participation of military education institutions in the preparation of logistic cadres in the officer corps, the potential of Military University of Technology in the field of education as part of part-time studies and the possibilities of educating candidates for officers in first-cycle studies there. The presented numerical values in terms of the number of students in logistics and the needs of KO Logistics officers show the scale of potential staffing needs. Based on the analyses, at the end of the chapter, conclusions were formulated regarding the current and forecast state of the education system and new opportunities for improving officer candidates using the existing educational potential.
