Abstract
PL Ceremoniał wojskowy wywodzi się z ceremoniału dworskiego, który miał demonstrować pozycję i siłę władcy. Liczne dworskie uroczystości stawały się okazją do rozbudowywania kodeksu zasad, pozwalały na przejmowanie zwyczajów i szybkie ich przenoszenie na własny grunt. Nieodłącznym elementem ceremoniału były asysty wojskowe podczas uroczystości państwowych i wojskowych. Ceremoniał dopasowywał się do zmian kulturowych, ale w wielu przypadkach pozostawał niezmienny. Także obecnie jego filarem jest tradycja. Główną rolę odgrywają w nim symbole państwowe i znaki wojskowe. Ceremoniał wojskowy stanowi ważny element wychowania patriotycznego, jednoczy oraz umacnia poczucie więzi wojska ze społeczeństwem. W Polsce ceremoniał wojskowy reguluje dokument Ceremoniał wojskowy Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Zadania z niego wynikające wykonuje Dowództwo Garnizonu Warszawa, utworzone 1 sierpnia 1995 roku.
EN Military ceremonial derives from court ceremonial, which was to demonstrate the position and power of the ruler. Numerous court ceremonies were the opportunity to expand the code of conduct, and allowed for a quick introduction of new customs to one’s own court. Military assists accompanying state and military ceremonies were an inseparable element of the ceremony. Over the centuries, the military ceremonial adapted to cultural changes, and in many cases remained unchanged. The main pillar of today’s military ceremonial is still tradition, with state symbols and military signs playing a key role. Military ceremonial is an important element in patriotic upbringing, it unites and strengthens the feeling of bonding the army with society. Nowadays in Poland, the military ceremonial is regulated by the document on the Military Ceremonial of the Polish Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. Military ceremonial tasks are performed by Warsaw Garrison Command established on August 1, 1995.
