Abstract
EN Staff evaluation is an integral element of the system of professional development for regulars of all corps. The aim of this paper is to present selected aspects of the evaluation of regular soldiers. The author puts em- phasis on the importance and function of staff evaluation in the context of professional development in both the objective and subjective perspective, the layout of the staff evaluation sheet and its imperfections, responsibility related to the making of honest evaluation, as well as the impact of evaluation results on the career of the evaluated personnel.
