Abstract

EN The aim of this article[1] is to diagnose and analyze the importance of physical culture in shaping health in the field of social security. The research goal was achieved by providing answers to the following questions: How should health in the field of social security be understood? What are the opportunities for developing health in the field of social security through the participation of individuals in physical culture? What is the relationship between physical culture and human health in ontogenesis? The research methods used were deduction and induction (Babbie, p. 67-71). In order for the narrative goal to be achieved in this article, first, the understanding of health in the field of social security is given. Discussed next are the possibilities for developing health in the field of social security through the participation of individuals in physical culture. Because physical activity is an important element of human health in individual development as a whole, the subsequent part of this article will discuss the correlation of physical culture with individual health in ontogenesis. The article ends with a summary.
