Abstract

EN This publication identifies motivation as one of the most important management functions and selected theories that significantly influence the motivation process. The analysis of company X and Y in 2017 and 2019 was made in order to determine the possibility of creating motivation. The factors motivating to work were indicated and the changes that occurred were verified. The research was carried out on the basis of the literature review and the applied questionnaire in the surveyed entities.
