Abstract

EN Negotiations in a globalized world are not sporadic and uniqu, but they have bacome one ot the most enduring mechanisms of global community life. This is primarily the case for countries that, throught various types interdependencies, are keen to use this banks, cross-border corporations, various organizations and structures operating internationally. It is worth noting that negotiations are not a tool reserved for international politics and diplomacy. They are everywhere where conflicting interests are clashed and where there is a need for consensus. Therefore, more and more attention is paid to the stage of preparation for negotiations - where strategies are developed and tactics are being developed. The article below aims presenting the essence of negotiating strategies as weel as ilustrating the power of the country in negotiations. In addition, the issue of bargaining in the European Union and a list of the most frequently chosen solutions during the negotiations will be mentioned.
