Abstract
EN In the event of threats an important role is to provide civil protection and conditions for effectively counteract unwanted effects or maximum reduction of losses. While the background of individual protection is not a major problem – it is enough to make residents aware of the need to secure equipment and means of individual protection, but collective protection (specifically protective buildings and shelters) requires the preparation and implementation of appropriate solutions in the field of construction, which doesn’t require only appropriate forces and measures, but also time. In the past, the above was on the list of priorities, which was reflected in the creation and preparation of protective structures. How is it today?
