Abstract
EN The article presents the legal basis for the participation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland in non-military activities, supporting the functioning of public administration in crisis events. It points out the reasons for the creation of such legislative solutions and the shortcomings in this regard. The course of the process of planning and activating the forces of the Polish Army for crisis activities was also presented.
