Abstract
EN This paper presents the characteristics of the military road transport of dangerous goods and the related formal and legal aspects which once were and are currently in force. They concern inspection, packaging, labelling, as well as safety rules and procedures in the event of a hazardous situation. The author also discusses the specificity of the cargo. Finally, there are conclusions on general issues connected with the discussed topic. This paper is the result of the research carried out in the course of an analysis of rescue and firefighting activities implemented by the State Fire Brigade, the review of the available literature, as well as the related legal documents
