Abstract
EN The paper is the second part of a study regarding the significance of cultural phenomena in developing the state’s defensive and competitive capabilities. The author portrays national culture against the background of the state’s defensive capability and competitiveness. Moreover, the paper discusses factors that might improve or weaken the state’s current defensive capability and competitiveness. Thirdly, there is presented a suggested course of action for policymakers and governmental authorities whose aim is to build firm foundations in the future for the defensive capability and competitiveness of the state.
