PL Współczesne wyzwania gospodarcze charakteryzuje się dynamiką i nieprzewidywalnością, co wymaga od przedsiębiorstw ciągłego śledzenia zmian w ich otoczeniu. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na znaczenie megatrendów w zarządzaniu ciągłością działania przedsiębiorstw przemysłu zbrojeniowego. Na podstawie analizy literatury podjęto próbę zdefiniowania pojęcia „megatrendy”. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań wyodrębniono główne megatrendy w otoczeniu gospodarczym przedsiębiorstw zbrojeniowych. Do zobrazowania wyników badań wykorzystano wariant analizy czynników makrootoczenia PEST. Z analizy wynika, że megatrendy mogą stanowić istotny element kształtowania i utrzymania ciągłości działania przedsiębiorstw przemysłu zbrojeniowego. Uwzględnienie megatrendów w analizie otoczenia przedsiębiorstwa może pozwolić na wyodrębnienie determinant procesów wytwórczych przedsiębiorstw przemysłu zbrojeniowego.
EN Contemporary economic challenges are characterized by dynamics and unpredictability, requiring companies to constantly monitor changes in their environment. This article highlights the importance of megatrends in managing the business continuity of defense industry enterprises. Based on a literature review, an attempt is made to define the concept of ‘megatrends.’ The research identified the main megatrends in the economic environment of defense industry enterprises. A PEST-based analysis of macro-environmental factors was used to illustrate the research results. The analysis indicates that megatrends can be a significant element in shaping and maintaining the business continuity of defense industry enterprises. Considering megatrends in the analysis of the enterprise environment allows for the identification of determinants that may impact the production processes of defense industry enterprises.
