Abstract
PL Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie ewolucji, charakterystyki kompleksowego podejścia NATO (NATO Comprehensive Approach, CA) oraz wskazanie przyszłych kierunków rozwoju CA. Zarządzanie kryzysami stało się obszarem zainteresowania NATO w latach 90-tych XX wieku. Operacje podjęte na Bałkanach budowały pierwsze doświadczenia NATO w tym zakresie. Działania podejmowane w operacjach spoza artykułu 5 skupiały się na zapobieganiu kryzysom i konfliktom, ich opanowywaniem oraz stabilizowaniem sytuacji pokonfliktowych, co uświadomiło NATO, że samo nie rozwiąże tych problemów. Odpowiedzią na integrację wspólnych wysiłków było (i nadal jest) kompleksowe podejście do kryzysów i konfliktów.
EN The aim of this article is to present the evolution and characteristics of the NATO comprehensive approach (CA) and to indicate the future directions of the CA development. Crisis management became an area of interest for NATO in the 1990s. Operations undertaken in the Balkans built NATO's first experience in this area. Activities undertaken in non-Article 5 crisis response operations focused on preventing crises and conflicts, containing them and stabilizing post-conflict situations, which made NATO realize that it would not solve these problems on its own. The response to the integration of joint efforts was (and still is) the comprehensive approach to crises and conflicts, CA.
