Abstract
PL Artykuł analizuje istotę i atrybuty wybranych zasad sztuki wojennej w kontekście współczesnych działań zbrojnych. Autor łączy podejście teoretyczne z analizą praktyki wojskowej, omawiając siedem kluczowych zasad: zaskoczenie, aktywność, celowość, jedność dowodzenia, koncentrację wysiłku, swobodę działania i prostotę, przedstawione przez definicję, istotę i atrybuty. Celem opracowania jest ukazanie ich ponadczasowej wartości i adaptacyjności do współczesnych konfliktów. Wnioski wskazują, że skuteczność działań bojowych wynika nie tylko z potencjału militarnego, lecz także z umiejętnego stosowania zasad jako narzędzi organizacji walki.
EN The article presents a theoretical and practical analysis of the essence and attributes of selected principles of the art of war, taking into account the complex nature of contemporary armed conflicts. The study focuses on seven key principles: surprise, activity, purposefulness of action, unity of command, concentration of effort, freedom of action, and simplicity. Each principle is discussed through a structured framework comprising a definition, an explanation of its core essence, and the identification of specific attributes. The aim of the article is to demonstrate the enduring relevance of the principles of the art of war and their adaptability to modern multi-domain and hybrid operational environments. The research integrates classical military theory with current security challenges, contributing to the development of analytical tools in the field of military science and command practice. The conclusions highlight that operational effectiveness depends not only on military strength but also on the commander’s ability to apply the principles of the art of war rationally, flexibly, and in accordance with the operational situation.
