Abstract
EN The article presents the competences of the secret services of the Republic of Poland in the scope of access to information and personal data of citizens. The author analyzes system and legal-organizational solutions regarding the Internal Security Agency (ABW), the Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW), the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), the Military Intelligence Service (SWW), the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA). The author shows to which personal data the secret services have access and what methods they use to obtain them, as well as which of their activities need the consent of the court.
