Abstract

EN The article presents the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard and the implementation status of the information security management system in Poland and worldwide. Additionally, the role of modern technologies in ensuring the security of organizations was presented and the threats that may accompany the use of technology in the aspect of personal data in public administration were indicated.
