EN Objectives: The aim of this article is to describe how to achieve cybersecurity in the area of national security and international organizations, particularly crisis management related to critical IT infrastructure, information crisis management, and building resilience to cyber threats. In an increasingly interconnected digital world, cybercrises have become a serious threat to organizations, governments, and society at large. Methods: The activities related to describing the factual material and systematizing the conclusions from the conducted scientific considerations were possible thanks to the application of selected theoretical research methods. Analysis and synthesis allowed for the decomposition of the studied cyberspace crises into their component elements in order to identify their essence and diagnose the relationship between cybercrisis situations and critical infrastructure. Deductive reasoning aimed to lead (based on previously established premises) to specific solutions regarding the description of a cyberspace crisis. Results: In an increasingly digital world, cybersecurity has become a key element of organizational resilience and integrity. Technological advances have led to the increasing complexity and frequency of cyberthreats, necessitating a structured and strategic approach to managing such crises. Conclusions: Effective cybersecurity crisis management is a multifaceted process that begins with the rapid identification of incident indicators and then rapid containment to prevent further damage. A commitment to continuous improvement (through policy revisions, technology investments, and ongoing staff training) ensures organizations are resilient to future cyber threats. These phases create a comprehensive framework that not only addresses current crises but also strengthens long-term resilience, protecting organizational assets and reputation in an increasingly digital environment.
