Abstract
PL Artykuł prezentuje wyniki badań, jakie Autor przeprowadził wśród oficerów--uczestników studiów podyplomowych realizowanych na Wydziale Wojskowym Akademii Sztuki Wojennej w Warszawie (dalej: ASzWoj). Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie zmian wprowadzonych w przedmiocie historia sztuki wojennej w programach studiów podyplomowych i kursów prowadzonych w ASzWoj w świetle przeprowadzonych badań wśród ich uczestników. Wprowadzenie zmian poprzedzone było badaniami wśród oficerów, które skupiło się na znalezieniu odpowiedzi na główny problem badawczy: W jakim zakresie i w jakiej formie praktyczna wiedza wynikająca z realnych działań bojowych może i powinna być integrowana z programami dydaktycznymi? Materiały do rozważań nad doświadczeniami wojennymi zostały zgromadzone przy zastosowaniu metod empirycznych i teoretycznych. Zwieńczeniem artykułu są wytyczne pomagające opracować programy zajęć na poszczególnych poziomach studiów podyplomowych uwzględniające w swojej treści trzy zasadnicze kierunki: poznawczy, pragmatyczny i wychowawczy.
EN T his article presents the findings of research conducted among officers participating in postgraduate studies at the Military Department of the War Studies University in Warsaw. It aims to present changes introduced to the subject history of the art of war in postgraduate and course curricula at the University, based on survey responses from the participants. These changes were preceded by research focused on answering the central question: To what extent and in what form can and should practical knowledge derived from real combat operations be integrated into educational programmes? The material for reflection on wartime experiences was collected using both empirical and theoretical methods. The article concludes with guidelines for designing course programmes at various levels of postgraduate education, taking into account three key dimensions: cognitive, practical, and educational.
DE In diesem Artikel werden die Ergebnisse einer Studie vorgestellt, die der Autor unter den Offizieren durchgeführt hat, die an der Militärischen Fakultät der Akademie der Kriegskunst in Warschau an einem Postgraduiertenstudium teilnehmen. Ziel des Artikels ist es, die Änderungen im Fach Geschichte der Kriegskunst in den Lehrplänen der Aufbaustudiengänge und -kurse an der Akademie für Militärische Kunst im Lichte der unter den Teilnehmern durchgeführten Untersuchungen darzustellen. Der Einführung der Änderungen ging eine Umfrage unter Offizieren voraus, die sich auf die Beantwortung der folgenden Forschungsfrage konzentrierte: Inwieweit und in welcher Form können und sollen praktische Kenntnisse aus realen Kampfhandlungen in die Lehrprogramme integriert werden? Die Materialien zur Reflexion von Kriegserfahrungen wurden sowohl mit empirischen als auch mit theoretischen Methoden gesammelt. Der Artikel gipfelt in Leitlinien für die Entwicklung von Lehrplänen auf den verschiedenen Ebenen des Postgraduiertenstudiums, die drei Hauptrichtungen in ihrem Inhalt berücksichtigen: die kognitive, pragmatische und pädagogische Richtung.
