Abstract
PL Crime cross-border it's crime which is distributed on the territory of more than one country. It's extremely menacing, because it's dynamic, versatile and extraordinary. It is clear that main condition for crime cross-border is globalization and opened border. On the territory of Schengen Area is distributed a difficult sort of threats, for example: economic, criminal, illegal trade and smuggling people, goods and services. In terms of cooperation and security safety ensure Police, Border Guard, Department of Aliens, Military Forces, Interpol, Frontex and et al. European law and international action and non-governmental organization help oppose to treats, however it is an extensive problem for international security.
