Abstract
EN The aim of the publication is to explore and analyze the literature of the subject, which shows that social competences are decisive for the effective operation and development of all types of organizations, including highly hierarchical ones. The challenges facedby contemporary organizations cause that a man with a specific personality and social skills plays a key role in them. Social competences in the professional career of every human being play one of the key roles that play one of the determinants of the career path.
